Which cities in British Columbia does Zampa Security serve?
We serve communities across the whole province — the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley, the Okanagan and Shuswap, the Thompson–Nicola, the Kootenays and Boundary, the Cariboo, Vancouver Island, and the North and Peace regions. Our head office is in Quesnel, BC. Individual service-area pages are listed above; if your community is not listed, call us, as coverage is wider than the page list.
Do you have offices in every city you list?
No, and we think it is worth being clear about that. We operate one office, in Quesnel, BC. The city pages describe security services we deliver into those communities, not branch locations. Any security company claiming dozens of offices across BC is almost certainly describing service areas too.
How does response time differ by region?
It depends genuinely on distance from our coverage. In the Cariboo and the Lower Mainland we can usually place an urgent guard same-day. In the Kootenays, the Peace, the Northwest and on Vancouver Island we work on scheduled, contracted coverage with an agreed start date rather than same-hour callouts. Each city page states which applies, and dispatch will tell you honestly on the phone.
Are your guards licensed everywhere in BC?
Yes. A BC Security Worker Licence issued by the Security Programs Division under the Security Services Act is valid province-wide, and every officer we deploy holds one. Zampa Security Services Ltd. is a licensed security business carrying full commercial liability insurance with WorkSafeBC coverage. Licence verification and certificates of insurance are available on request before any contract starts.
Can you cover multiple cities under one contract?
Yes, and for multi-site clients it is usually the better arrangement. Property managers, retail chains, general contractors and strata management companies often run one agreement covering sites in several communities, with consistent post orders and one consolidated reporting stream. Combining nearby cities into a single patrol route also prices better than separate contracts.
